I came here at 0915 hrs on a appointment, this is the 3rd time in my whole life coming here it had long lines, security screening worse then the airports, its kind of over rated security for a building that has a diversity of people working and visiting. No excuses for incompetence and poor customer service, its a paid job with benefits not a freeloading pay check. The Staff was very different, the security was bilingual, helpfull, pleasant and very proffesional, so was the lady at the receptionist, the monitor and judge, they set the high standards that should be followed by the rest of the Staff.
